Cheryl Midavaine

Born in Narrabri NSW, Cheryl enjoyed a country upbringing and developed an appreciation for determination and hard work. Cheryl joined the Real Estate Industry in 1990 with Don Clinch. Working in a small office enabled her to gain experience in all facets of Real Estate and gain very valuable local knowledge from an employer who was a long time Woolgoolga resident. Cheryl enjoyed her job and was rewarded with a Pride of Workmanship Award from the Rotary Club in 1995. In 1997 Cheryl ceased working for Don to start a family, and returned to the industry in 1998 when she was approached by Ian Fitzgerald to join his team. She continued to work for Ian until she purchased the business in January 2004 after Ian’s decision to retire. “I base my work ethics on honesty and integrity which stand me in good stead. I love helping people in all aspects of the industry and have developed many friendships over the years which I value greatly. I believe that working from the grass roots to where I am today has given me an appreciation for hard work and dedication which I hope will be evident to you in your dealings with Woolgoolga Real Estate”.
